This place is for young people who live in Bedford and are living or have lived in a home where one adult has harmed another adult.

YOUNG MINDS LIVE

Young Minds offers a weekly workout session LIVE on Zoom with our fantastic local PT Larissa. This is followed by a social break and then a 30 min relaxation stretch with the wonderful Racheall.

The weekly session takes place 4.00pm- 5.30pm every Thursday

We have teamed up with our amazing SPACE tutors to provide you with mini workshops to do at home. Please remember, as we are not with you, you need to look after yourself and make sure you are safe whilst you do these activities.. check with an adult if you need help with something!!
